Who We Are at Montclair Physical Therapy
Todd A. Edelson, PT, DPT, Dip. MDT, owner, is a Diplomate of the McKenzie Institute International, a medical institute focusing on effective, conservative treatment of spine and extremity pain. As a member of its teaching faculty, Edelson is one of four instructors world-wide who provide clinical instruction to McKenzie Diploma candidates. His academic credentials include:

A practicing physical therapist since 1981, Edelson is an Associate Faculty member at New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York, and has served as a clinical mentor for the MGH doctoral program. Publications include a chapter on rehabilitation of whiplash injuries for Whiplash, ed. G. Malanga, M.D., 2002. Professional associations include the American Physical Therapy Association. Edelson volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America in Montclair and Newark, the Appalachian Mountain Club, and other organizations. An avid athlete, he has been a resident of Montclair, New Jersey since 1982.
