Fees and Insurance
Fees are $300 for the initial evaluation and $150 for each subsequent follow-up visit in your case. We are aligned with standard insurance processing practices and can provide you with a claim in order to seek reimbursement under the terms of your plan. Note that we are not “in network” with any plans but are Traditional Medicare Participating Providers in the New Jersey office.
